MEET JEFF

Before we worked together, Jeff was stuck in old patterns, old thinking, old actions and old energies. And because of this, he felt extremely limited in what he could accomplish. He began telling himself stories and these stories were what was making him feel paralyzed and became frantic about making changes for all the wrong reasons.

During our time together, he came to learn that life didn’t have to feel limited or as hard as he was making it. He actually liked his job and the people he worked with! Opposite as to what the stories he was telling himself. As a result, we worked on having Jeff see the benefits of living in new energy states that were healthier for him physically, emotionally and spiritually.

And in the end, he gained important insights on life changing topics about how he shows up at home, work and in social circles. This awareness, and the steps to change how he shows up has been “life changing”.
